"I will be dangerous to you both in prison and after death. The idea of freedom in Georgia and the spirit of Saakashvili will not be destroyed by you. We are fighting, and we will win. This decision is not simply revenge against me; it is a threat to Zelensky. They want to show what awaits him if he does not surrender Ukraine. I am being punished for not surrendering the country in 2008, for returning Adjara to Georgia’s jurisdiction in 2004, for overcoming corruption, and for fighting for the people, not my own pocket," stated the former president of Georgia.
