UN Secretary-General Welcomes Conclusion of Talks Between Yerevan and Baku

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has welcomed the conclusion of talks between Yerevan and Baku.

In a conversation with reporters, Guterres expressed that he is "encouraged by the progress" and "strongly supports" efforts aimed at resolving all outstanding issues.
