In Documented Form, the Conflict Has Approached Its End: Mirzoyan

After the signing of a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, we can consider that institutionally, in documented form, the conflict has approached its end. This was mentioned by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.

“We can state that there is no longer a need for the OSCE Minsk Group,” he announced.

According to him, until this moment, there have been certain elements of rhetoric and destructiveness from Azerbaijan, which is concerning. “At the moment we have a signed peace agreement, we will also have our reservations regarding the further activities of the OSCE Minsk Group,” Mirzoyan stated.

He emphasized that any provision outlined in the agreement can be implemented only after its signing, ratification, and entry into force.
