For the First Time, the UK Appoints a Military Attaché in Azerbaijan
The British Embassy in Baku has announced the appointment of Gavin Tharbad as the first British military attaché in Azerbaijan.
“We are pleased to announce the appointment of Gavin Tharbad. This is a historic step that highlights the strengthening of the United Kingdom-Azerbaijan partnership and will open up new opportunities for cooperation in the fields of defense and security,” the statement said.
