Peace Settlement Cannot Occur Before 2026: Washington Post

A European intelligence agency has obtained a document compiled by a prominent Russian analytical center closely associated with the FSB. This information was reported by the Washington Post.

The report indicates that Russia needs to work on weakening the U.S. negotiating position on Ukraine by inciting tensions between the Trump administration and other countries. Furthermore, Moscow must advance its efforts aimed at dismantling the Ukrainian state.

The publication notes that the aforementioned document also dismisses President Trump's earlier plans to reach a peace agreement within 100 days. At the same time, it is emphasized that a peaceful resolution of the crisis in Ukraine cannot occur before 2026.

This document also rejects any plans to introduce peacekeeping forces into Ukraine.
