Duda Calls on the U.S. to Deploy Nuclear Weapons

The President of Poland, Andrzej Duda, has called on the United States to deploy nuclear weapons in Poland. This was reported by the Financial Times.

According to Duda, it is evident that U.S. President Donald Trump could move nuclear weapons from Western Europe or the U.S. to Poland.

'NATO's borders shifted eastward in 1999, so, 26 years later, there should be a transfer of NATO infrastructure eastward. This is obvious to me. I believe it's not only time to do this, but it would also be safer if those weapons were already here,' Duda stated.
