Aliyev's Assistant Made Proposals to Armenia Regarding the Constitution

The territorial claims against Azerbaijan should be removed from the Armenian Constitution. This was stated by Hikmet Hajiyev, assistant to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

"Such a thing has practically happened before; changes have been made in the Constitution of the Republic of Ireland regarding Northern Ireland. Ireland has committed to amend its constitution and recognize the complete sovereignty of Great Britain over Northern Ireland," Hajiyev said.
