What Will Happen After the Ceasefire in Ukraine

When a ceasefire is established in Ukraine, a complete cessation of hostilities will follow, the conflict will end, and it will not resume. This was stated today by U.S. President Donald Trump during a press conference at the White House.

He noted that he expects the Ukrainian conflict to be resolved after the ceasefire is established.

Trump stated that everyone is working to achieve this. In his opinion, there is a possibility of reaching this if Russia agrees to a 30-day ceasefire.

The American leader also added that during communications regarding Ukraine, the territorial issue is being discussed, not just the ceasefire.

At the same time, Trump promised Russia consequences if it refuses to reach a ceasefire with Ukraine. According to him, the U.S. can exert pressure on Russia, but he hopes that he will not have to do so.
