Trump Avoids Question About Putin

US President Donald Trump has avoided answering whether he plans to negotiate with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. His remarks were cited by TASS.

“I won’t comment on that, but we had great success yesterday,” said the American leader. He also added that he has not essentially spoken with Putin regarding a potential ceasefire.

Previously, Trump had stated that it is important for Putin to agree to a ceasefire. Earlier, the Russian leader announced that he is willing to pursue peaceful resolution to the Ukraine conflict.
