Passengers of Yerevan-Moscow Flight Stranded at Vnukovo Airport
More than 200 passengers from the Moscow-Yerevan flight have been stranded at Vnukovo Airport for a day. Reports indicate that the flight was delayed due to engine-related issues discovered in the aircraft.
According to the SHOT Telegram channel, the Boeing 767 was scheduled to take off yesterday at 21:40, but the flight was initially postponed for three hours, and this delay occurred five times in a row.
“Angry passengers are complaining that the airline has not provided any explanations for the situation. They have been promised that if the aircraft does not take off by 15:00 today, they will be sent on alternate flights. However, the flight has been postponed again. Currently, the departure time is set for 21:50, but this is not definitive. At this moment, the airline has provided passengers with approximately 1400 rubles (about 6000 dram) for food due to five transfers,” the source reports.
