Body of Citizen Found Under Avalanche Debris

At 10:15 AM, rescuers discovered the body of a citizen buried under avalanche debris. Recall that search and rescue operations began at 6:00 AM. An operational group from the Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, one firefighting unit, and another operational group were dispatched to the scene.

A total of 29 rescue workers, one employee from the Aragats Hydro-Electric Station, and four climbers from the Armenian Federation of Alpinism and Mountain Tourism participated in the search and rescue operations.
