Turkey Comments on Clashes in Syria

Turkey has commented on the clashes occurring in Syria. They stated that regarding the recent incidents in Syria's Latakia province, Ankara calls for preventing such provocations from becoming a threat to peace in Syria and the region.

This was announced by Oncu Keseli, a representative of the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. According to him, Turkey opposes any actions that 'violate the Syrian people's right' to live in peace and prosperity, local media reports.
