The Resource Deal Is No Longer on the Table: Scott Besant
The U.S.-Ukraine failed mineral deal is no longer on the table. This was stated by U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Besant to CBS.
He noted that Zelensky should have demonstrated unity with Washington and signed the agreement, but the Ukrainian president decided to 'blow everything up.'
