The USA and Ukraine Have Reached an Agreement

The USA and Ukraine have reached an agreement regarding mineral resources, with negotiations now concluded. This was announced on Thursday by US Treasury Secretary Scott Besant.

“The deal is ready. President Volodymyr Zelensky is coming tomorrow to sign it, so there are no further negotiations on this matter. I am confident that President Zelensky and President Donald Trump will discuss a wide range of issues, but as far as the deal is concerned, it is ready,” he stated.

According to him, this is an agreement relating to “strategic minerals, oil and gas, as well as infrastructure assets,” which will be beneficial for both Washington and Kyiv.

The American leader had previously confirmed plans to sign an agreement with Volodymyr Zelensky on February 28 regarding the extraction of rare earth elements and other minerals in Ukraine.
