Fake Information Purportedly from the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement noting that various users on social media are posing as employees of the ministry's Public Diplomacy Department and spreading false information that the ministry is creating an information platform.

"We inform you that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not created and does not plan to create any information platform. Moreover, there is no department under this name in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia. We request that you ignore the circulated message and do not open the attached link," the statement read.
