Justice Minister Surbhi Galayan on the Release of 'Chagh Rustam'

Yes, the court has made a decision that we may disagree with, but that decision has been made by the court," noted Surbhi Galayan.

It is noteworthy that the criminal authority 'Chagh Rustam', Rustam Stepanyan, who was under arrest in the case of the murder of Sergey Grigoryan, known as 'Fazi', has been released from custody. This was announced by his attorney Gegham Hakobyan's law office.
