What Residents of Armenia Most Frequently Purchased from Wildberries

In 2024, residents of Armenia have primarily purchased laptops, office equipment, and automotive accessories from Wildberries. This was reported by the joint company Wildberries and Russ.

According to the marketplace's analytical service, online purchases made by Armenians during 2024 have increased by 19% compared to 2023.

"Thus, in 2024, there was a high demand among the residents of Armenia for office equipment, particularly for multifunctional devices (MFPs) (+526%), 3D printers (+226%), and portable printers (+275%). In the 'Laptops and Computers' category, the most popular items were laptop power supplies (+296%) and batteries (+204%)," the company stated.

It is noted that car enthusiasts have also shown significant activity. In the 'Automotive Accessories' category, the most demanded products were engine cleaning agents (+358%), car paints (+241%), interior cleaning products (+198%), car chargers (+163%), and fuel filters (+128%).

In 2024, the TOP-15 dynamically growing categories among the residents of Armenia include household goods (+226.3%), gardening equipment (+130.2%), lighting (+62.7%), beauty accessories (+54.8%), gardening tools (+53.0%), electric transport (+51.1%), office equipment (+48.8%), plumbing (+46.7%), automotive accessories (+33.2%), construction materials (+31.4%), celebration supplies (+29.7%), laptops and computers (+28.8%), electric tools and equipment (+28.5%), large household appliances (+28.3%), handmade craft supplies (+27.8%), interior decor (+26.1%), smart home and security (+25.9%), toys (+24.5%), and furniture (+24.3%).

The company's analysts also provided statistics on which regions in Armenia have the most active buyers on the marketplace: The top three include residents of Yerevan (49.83%), Kotayk Province (8.84%), and Shirak Province (6.79%). Next are the provinces of Ararat, Armavir, Lori, Syunik, Gegharkunik, Tavush, Aragatsotn, and Vayots Dzor.

Analysts from the company have assured that a continued increase in demand for high-tech products such as laptops, office equipment, and electronics is expected in the future.
