Over 120 Drones Attack Russia and Crimea
On Wednesday night, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) launched an attack on the Krasnodar region. According to eyewitnesses, the target was the Tuapse seaport.
Russian authorities reported that the attack was carried out by the Ukrainian armed forces on civilian facilities. Governor Vyacheslav Kondratyev stated that homes were damaged in Tuapse and Temryuk, but there were no casualties.
Residents of the city reported ongoing attacks on the Tuapse seaport, sharing videos of explosions. One of the videos showed a damaged residential building.
Russian Telegram channels also reported explosions in the sky over Anapa, where air defense forces were allegedly engaged.
Sochi Airport has implemented the 'Carpet' plan, halting the acceptance and delivery of flights.
The authorities in Crimea also reported an attempted drone attack, noting that four UAVs were shot down over the Black Sea. The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the destruction of 128 UAVs in the airspace of Russia, Crimea, and the Black and Azov Seas, with an estimated 83 UAVs shot down in the Krasnodar region.
