Possible Ceasefire Agreement Between Ukraine and Russia: Macron

In the coming weeks, a ceasefire agreement between Ukraine and Russia is possible. This was stated by French President Emmanuel Macron in an interview with Fox News.

According to Macron, any peace agreement regarding Ukraine should not result in Ukraine's capitulation and must be reinforced with security guarantees.

Macron believes it is feasible to initiate negotiations for a ceasefire and establish lasting peace within a few weeks. He has discussed this issue with 30 other European leaders and allies, many of whom are willing to provide security guarantees to Ukraine.
