Snow and Black Ice: Current Road Conditions

As of February 24 at 20:00, the roads from the Jermuk intersection to Kapan are closed to heavy and trailer vehicles, according to the Road Department.

The Vardenyats Pass is difficult to traverse for trailer vehicles.

The Ttujur-Navur road is closed to all types of vehicles.

There is snow on the Harjis-Shinuhayr road.

Black ice has been reported in the regions of Nairi, Ashotzk, Amasia, Akhuryan, Vanadzor, Sevan, Gavar, Tashir, Aparan, Aragats, Artik, Hrazdan, Sevan, Dilijan, Talin, Sisian, Goris, Kapan, and Spitak, as well as on the Martuni-Vardenis segment and in the Tigranashen bends.
