Man Throws Cat Off a Cliff, Arrested

A man who threw a cat off a cliff in Crimea's "Nesting Swallow" area has been arrested. This was reported by Irina Volk, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The suspect is a 24-year-old citizen of Saint Petersburg. The motive behind his actions is currently under investigation.

The man arrived at the tourist site on the morning of February 23. Surveillance footage shows him petting the cat and, after ensuring there were no witnesses, taking it to an observation deck and throwing it into the sea.
