Lavrov on Russia's Military Operations Ceasing

Sergey Lavrov addressed the ongoing military operations in Ukraine during a meeting between the foreign ministers of Russia and Turkey. “Russia will cease military operations when acceptable agreements are reached for both parties,” he stated.

According to Lavrov, an immediate resolution involving a cessation of military actions along the contact line and the development of further steps is unacceptable to Russia. “Russia is ready to negotiate with both Ukraine and Europe, but military operations will only cease when the outcome is satisfactory to the Russian Federation,” he said.
