Police Use Tear Gas in Berlin, Injuries Reported
Berlin police deployed tear gas against far-left activists during a protest leading up to the Bundestag elections. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
Initially, the demonstrations were peaceful, but anti-fascists attempted to obstruct a far-right march. The situation escalated into clashes with police. Security forces used tear gas, resulting in injuries to at least three activists.
