Illegal Machine Guns, Grenades, and Bullets Surrendered: Ministry of Defense

The Military Police of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia has conducted explanatory work among the population, resulting in the voluntary surrender of illegal weapons on February 15. This included "ДШК-ДШК М" type machine guns, 20 grenades, and over 650 rounds of various calibers at the Kapan division of the Military Police.

The Ministry of Defense reports that the Military Police continues to carry out diligent efforts to prevent and detect cases of illegal circulation of weapons and ammunition. They urge citizens once again to voluntarily present any illegally held weapons and ammunition to the Military Police of the Republic of Armenia to avoid criminal liability.
