How to Obtain Social Expense Reimbursement: The State Revenue Committee Explains

The State Revenue Committee informs about the steps to benefit from social expense reimbursement. “If you have already submitted your income declaration and incurred social expenses in the fields of healthcare and education for yourself or your family members during the year, and you have an invoice for those expenses, you can apply and receive the reimbursement for social expenses by following these steps:

Step 1. Log in to the Unified System of Electronic Services for Individuals, then go to the "Tax Balance" section where you will see the amount eligible for reimbursement in the "Social Expenses" window.

Step 2. In the next step, return to the main page of the system and log in to the "Declarations" section, then choose "Application for the Refund of Money from the Unified Account" from the "Declaration Forms".

Step 3. In the opened window, fill in your bank account number and the amount to be reimbursed. Once the account number is filled in, the name of the bank will automatically populate. After completing the application, click the "Register" button.

Note that if the bank name and account number were previously filled in on the "Personal Data" page of the system, those details will automatically be filled in the application, as will your other personal data.

Step 4. After registering the application, a window will open where you need to click the "Write-off/Refund" button for quicker reimbursement. By clicking this button, you agree that the refund will be credited to your unified account after the end of that day. The "Write-off/Refund" button is also available on the "Tax Balance" page.

Step 5. The registered application will appear in the "Submitted Declarations" section. The final step is to click the "Sign" button, select the type of signature, electronically sign the application, and then click the "Submit to SRC" button.
