It’s very bad if you haven’t understood: Movses Hakobyan

Political figures' statements are not for me to comment on. The people of Artsakh have nothing to be ashamed of. This was stated by Lieutenant General Movses Hakobyan in an interview with 'Factinfo', responding to the statement of National Assembly Speaker Alen Simonian regarding the exodus of Artsakh residents and their unwillingness to fight.

To the observation that the Republic of Armenia, as per its Constitution, is the guarantor of Artsakh's security, yet the Armenian authorities have not fulfilled their responsibilities in this regard and instead are blaming the people of Artsakh, Hakobyan reacted by saying, 'In 2018, the Republic of Armenia freed itself from the responsibility for the security of Artsakh.'

So, was everything predetermined since 2018? Hakobyan responded, 'It’s very bad if you haven’t understood.'

Commenting on the sham trials of Artsakh’s military and political figures currently taking place in Baku, Hakobyan stated, 'This is a disgrace for the nation. A disgrace for the Armenian people.'
