The Process of Issuing Electronic Prescriptions Will Be Simplified

The Minister of Health, Anahit Avanesyan, chaired a working meeting to discuss the issues arising during the launch of Electronic Health.

This was reported by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia. The meeting included representatives from major public and private medical organizations, the Health and Labor Inspectorate, as well as leaders from the ‘Armed’ national electronic health operator. The discussion focused on transitioning to a more simplified format for issuing electronic prescriptions.

Efforts will be made to ensure that doctors properly implement the electronic prescription issuance function. Additionally, the minister will hold another working meeting today with representatives of pharmaceutical organizations regarding this topic.
