Tensions Rise in Victory District as Citizens Block Roads

Tensions have escalated in the Victory District, where citizens have blocked roads, demanding solutions to their issues. Residents state that they have addressed their concerns to all relevant authorities, including the city hall, parliament, and the government, but have yet to receive any resolution.

They are also urging each other to avoid confrontations with the police. According to the residents, their main problem is their inability to utilize their land. One resident explained, “We cannot obtain property certificates, and residents are unable to exercise their ownership rights. In other words, we can only cultivate, sell, or lease but cannot transfer ownership without a certificate. The city hall needs to conduct boundary clarification procedures in that area, but it raises issues citing inaccuracies in people's property documents. However, this is not the citizen's problem.”

The resident added that each individual is facing challenges when trying to utilize their property, and they are uncertain when this issue arose. Another resident stated that police forces have been deployed to suppress their voices, questioning the democratic nature of the country. “The people demand a meeting here in the Victory District; we do not want a meeting at city hall. We are not backstage individuals; we are public people who want to convey our message and we will do so,” he declared.
