“During Serzh Sargsyan's presidency, under the so-called 'Hrayrtovmasyan Arrests' system, the tax authorities led by Mikayel Poghosyan placed a lien on all my accounts while I was on a business trip to the USA. A lien was also placed on my apartment and car. Weeks later, four enforcement officers were sent to my parents' home at a time when I was at work, putting the employees in an uncomfortable position.
