President Appoints Deputy Chief of National Security Service
The President of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan, has signed a decree appointing Gevorg Hakobyan as the Deputy Chief of the National Security Service. This follows the Prime Minister's proposal and is in accordance with Article 133, Part 1 of the Constitution, as well as Article 15.2, Part 3 of the Law on Ensuring the Security of Persons under Special State Protection.
