Black Boxes of Aircraft Crashed in Washington Retrieved
Two black boxes from the aircraft that collided with a helicopter in Washington have been found and retrieved from the Potomac River. This was reported by ABC.
The flight recorders have been handed over to the National Transportation Safety Board for analysis.
Recall that near Washington's Reagan National Airport, a passenger aircraft collided with a military helicopter while attempting to land over the Potomac River. The crash between the Black Hawk military helicopter and the passenger plane from Kansas could be one of the most devastating aviation disasters in the last 15 years.
