Passenger Plane Collides with Military Helicopter in the U.S.
A passenger plane collided with a military helicopter while landing over the Potomac River near Washington's Reagan National Airport, according to APnews.
There are no reports of casualties at this time. All flights and landings have been suspended at the nearby airport as law enforcement helicopters patrol the scene in search of survivors.
President Donald Trump has also been informed about the incident.
The Federal Aviation Administration reported that the air collision occurred around 9:00 PM when a regional aircraft coming from Wichita, Kansas, struck a military Black Hawk helicopter while approaching the airport runway.
