Major General Karen Arstamyan Wanted

Major General Karen Arstamyan has been placed on the wanted list, as reported by the General Prosecutor's Office. During the 2020 war, he led the 18th Infantry Division.

A public criminal prosecution has been initiated against him for negligence during his service in the war. According to the charges, Arstamyan was responsible for receiving and incorporating 72 servicemen from the N military unit into his command, while the commander of the Defense Army had already directed those troops into an area known to be under enemy control.
