A data leak has occurred from the Chinese startup DeepSeek. This was reported by the American cybersecurity company Wiz Research.

According to the company, anyone could view user chat histories, identification API tokens, secret keys, as well as confidential system logs, unencrypted messages, obtain plaintext passwords, download files from local devices, and access specific servers.

The leak was discovered within a matter of minutes. Wiz researchers informed DeepSeek about the issue through all available channels, but they did not receive a response.
