Israel Will Not Work With UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees
Israel will not allow the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) to operate in the Gaza Strip. This was stated by Israeli Ambassador to Moscow, Simona Galperin, in an interview with TASS.
“Just as Israel worked and contributed to the activities of the UN and other organizations in the development of Judea and Samaria, what is called the West Bank of the Jordan River, we will be ready to contribute, cooperate, and allow the UN or other international organizations, countries of the world, and regional countries to work in the Gaza Strip after the war. However, it must be emphasized that we will not work with organizations where there is complete infiltration by Hamas and terrorists,” Galperin said.
