Changes to Transportation Tariffs to Be Proposed, Avinyan

Recently, we have carefully examined the feedback and suggestions from citizens regarding the new tariffs for unified ticket packages. This was reported by Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan.

“Our priority is to ensure the comfort of all residents of our city and to listen to everyone's opinions. To make changes on this matter, we will discuss the possibilities of revising the logic of tariff application during the upcoming council session,” he stated.

Therefore, during the next session of the Yerevan Council on February 11, we will propose the following changes:

• 10 trips – 2000 AMD; validity period 45 days, instead of the current 2200 AMD and 30 days.
• 300 AMD; validity period 180 minutes, instead of the current 90 minutes.
• 1 day – 900 AMD; unlimited trips, instead of the current limit of 8 trips.
• 7 days – 5000 AMD; unlimited trips, instead of the current limit of 30 trips.

As of January 1, the following packages are also in effect:

• 30 days – 9000 AMD; unlimited trips.
• 90 days – 24000 AMD; unlimited trips.
• 365 days – 90000 AMD; unlimited trips.

Further announcements regarding additional changes and amendments that will make the system more convenient and efficient for Yerevan residents will also be made at the same council session.
