What Weather to Expect Today
On January 20, the temperature in the Republic of Armenia is not expected to change significantly, reports the Armenian Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center. In Yerevan, dry weather is anticipated with daytime temperatures ranging from 2-4°C and evening temperatures between 0-2°C.
In Shirak Province, daytime temperatures are expected to be between 0°C and -4°C. In the mountainous areas of Kotayk Province, daytime temperatures will range from -3°C to +5°C, while in the foothill areas, they will be between 1°C and 3°C. In Gegharkunik, daytime temperatures are anticipated to be between -1°C and -4°C.
In Lori Province, the forecast for daytime temperatures is 1°C to 5°C. The foothill areas of Tavush Province will see temperatures ranging from 3°C to 8°C during the day, while in the valley regions, it is expected to be between 5°C and 9°C.
In the mountainous regions of Aragatsotn, daytime temperatures are forecasted to be between -2°C and -6°C, with foothill areas experiencing temperatures between 0°C and 3°C. In the foothill regions of Ararat, daytime temperatures will be between 1°C and 4°C, and in the valley areas, 3°C to 6°C is expected. In Armavir, daytime temperatures are predicted to be between 3°C and 7°C.
In Vayots Dzor, the mountainous regions will likely see temperatures ranging from -1°C to -4°C, while the foothill areas may reach between 2°C and 5°C. In the mountainous areas of Syunik, temperatures are forecasted to range from -1°C to -5°C, with daytime temperatures in the foothill regions expected to be between 2°C and 5°C, and in the valley areas 5°C to 10°C.
