As of January 9, 2025, our citizens entitled to benefit from the new transportation tariffs already in effect can approach their administrative district's sub-office (municipal office) with a contactless payment banking card. They will need to verify their identity and link the discount package to their bank card.

To purchase a discounted ticket, it is necessary to approach the sub-office of the administrative district with an identification document and public service ID.

We also remind that this process can be conducted on the website transport.yerevan.am without needing to visit any location.

Once again, we kindly ask and urge those who can identify themselves independently or with the help of others to acquire the discount packages online to show consideration for those citizens who do not have this opportunity and to refrain from overloading service offices in order to avoid queues.

In the coming days, we will also announce the procedures for purchasing new ticket packages for individuals who do not have any discounts.”
