The Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement to be signed today between Russia and Iran will serve as an impetus for cooperation in all areas. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a meeting with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.
“Your visit today is of special significance, as we will not only have the opportunity to discuss and will discuss all areas of our cooperation but will also sign a large fundamental agreement on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Russia and Iran,” said the Russian leader.
He reminded that Moscow and Tehran have been working on the document for a long time. “I am very satisfied that this work has been completed; this is important as it will allow us to give an additional boost to our cooperation in almost all areas,” he added.
