Azerbaijan to Participate in Georgia-NATO Exercises, Armenia to Observe
The command-staff exercises of Georgian and NATO military personnel will take place from April 28 to May 8 at the Joint Training and Evaluation Center (JTEC) located near Tbilisi in Krtsanisi. This information was reported by the Italian embassy in Tbilisi, as conveyed by TASS.
According to the embassy's statement, Italian Ambassador Massimiliano D’Antuono met with a delegation of soldiers from the Vittorio Veneto division, who completed the second phase of preparation for the "Georgia-NATO-2025" exercises in Tbilisi today. The exercises will be conducted from April 28 to May 8 at the JTEC facility.
As stated in the embassy's communication, the goal of the exercises is to assess the capabilities of the Joint Training and Evaluation Center and to test a brigade that is primarily Georgian but also includes international military personnel. Soldiers from Azerbaijan, Albania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Poland, Slovakia, the United States, Turkey, and France will also participate in the exercises. Armenia will be represented at the exercises in an observer capacity.
