As of January 16 at 9:10 AM, snow is falling in the regions of Vagharshapat, Armavir, Baghramyan, Ashtarak, Talin, Ani, Akhuryan, Ashotk, Aragats, Vanadzor, Tumanyan, Abovyan, Hrazdan, Sevan, Dilijan, Chambarak, Vardenis, Masis, Artashat, Ararat, Yeghenadzor, and Vayk. This information was reported by the Road Department.

The Vardenyats Mountain Pass is difficult to navigate for vehicles towing trailers. In the Abovyan region, there is fog, with visibility reduced to 30-100 meters. All interstate and national roads are open. Road construction crews are conducting snow removal and treatment works with salt and sand on the roads.
