Which Country Is Ready to Host the Trump-Putin Meeting

Switzerland has announced its readiness to host a summit between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin to resolve the Ukrainian conflict, should the leaders of both countries express interest in such a meeting.

This was stated by Nicolas Bido, head of the communications department of the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, in an interview with Le Temps.

“As a result of the summit held in Bürgenstock, Ukraine, Russia, and the United States have been periodically informed of our willingness to support any diplomatic efforts aimed at establishing peace,” Bido said.
