Los Angeles Fires to Spark Long and Complex Developments, Viktor Mnatsakanyan

The fires in Los Angeles are set to become the catalyst for long and complex developments. I believe many American politicians and officials still need to answer numerous questions from their citizens. This was stated by Viktor Mnatsakanyan, the president of the 'Victory' party, on his Facebook page.
