2024 World’s Best Goalkeeper is from Armenia's National Team

The goalkeeper of the Armenian national futsal team, Luan Müller, has been named the best goalkeeper in the world for 2024. This news was reported by Müller’s club, Palma Futsal, as noted by Armsport.

Müller received the award at the Futsalplanet Awards ceremony. It is worth mentioning that in May 2024, the final phase of the Futsal Champions League was held in Yerevan, where the Spanish teams FC Barcelona and Palma competed. The final concluded with a dominant 5-1 victory for Palma, which marked their second consecutive win at Europe’s most prestigious tournament.

Additionally, Luan Müller, as a key player in the Palma Futsal team, also became the champion of the Intercontinental Cup in futsal.
