Islamic State Operates with Support from Pakistan, Says Taliban
Aghanistan has "evidence" that militants from the Islamic State organization operate with the support and permission of the Pakistani government. This was stated on Saturday by the deputy spokesman of the Taliban's Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Hamdullah Fitrat, to media representatives, as reported by РИА Новости.
"Funding, equipment, and support centers for this group are located in Balochistan and other parts of Pakistan, and there is evidence that the group operates with the approval of the Pakistani government," Fitrat's words were quoted by the Alemarah news portal.
The deputy press secretary emphasized that the "Islamic Emirate does not support foreign groups acting against other states," noting that "Afghanistan does not depend on anyone for its security."
