Photos: Around 30 Vehicles Involved in Collision, Ministry of Internal Affairs Provides Details

According to preliminary information, around 30 vehicles were involved in a collision due to poor weather conditions and low visibility. There is one fatality and several injuries.

Officials from the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Rescue Service and the Police are on-site managing the situation. Most of the vehicles have already been removed from the accident scene, and the road is currently passable.

“Dear drivers, for safety reasons, we urge you to drive exclusively with winter tires and to remain vigilant by strictly adhering to traffic rules,” stated the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

It is reported that the chain reaction accident occurred on December 29 around 8 AM on the Yerevan-Yeraskh road, in the area of Masis-Marmarashen.
