Azerbaijan Rejects Proposal from Russia and Kazakhstan Regarding Downed Aircraft

Following the aviation accident involving the Baku-Grozny flight, Russia and Kazakhstan proposed to Baku that the incident be investigated by the CIS International Aviation Committee. Azerbaijan has rejected this proposal.
The official Baku is demanding that the investigation be conducted by an international group of experts and specialists from Embraer. Azerbaijan believes that the analysis of the 'black box' should also be carried out by this group.
It is noted that the accident resulted in the death of 38 people, while 29 were rescued.
