VIDEO: Tigran Avinyan on Controversial Statement by His Father

The Mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan, has apologized for the remarks made by his father, Armen Avinyan, regarding OPEL drivers.

“In the video, my father gives quite rude and ugly responses concerning the red line issues. I am sure that these responses are a result of nerves, the pressure of the situation, and perhaps a bit of tension towards the journalist as well. I regret and apologize for those words,” Tigran Avinyan stated.
