Assassination Attempt Against Russian Defense Minister

The Federal Security Service of Russia has announced that it thwarted an assassination attempt against one of the country's defense ministers and arrested four suspects.

“An agent from Kyiv's special services arrived in Russia to kill one of the Russian defense ministers. The Ukrainian special services planned to remotely detonate a bomb placed under the defense minister's vehicle by their agent,” the statement read.
