Russian President Vladimir Putin held a press conference on Thursday, responding to 76 questions over the course of 4.5 hours. The topics included the economy, the progress of the military special operation, a possible meeting with former Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, and a proposal for a "high-tech battle" against the West.

During the program "Results of the Year with Vladimir Putin," the president addressed questions from journalists and ordinary citizens of the Russian Federation.

“Despite the wartime situation, the economic situation in the Russian Federation is stable. The growth is about 8%," Putin emphasized.
